30 Day Fitness Challenge

Kaci and I are offer and administer several 30 Day Fitness Challenges throughout the year.  We are always taking signups (via Facebook) and the challenges continue to fill up fast as we only take 10-15 participants per round.
So many people email us interested but when they find out it’s going to cost them some money to get up and running they don’t ever reply or follow through.  Realize this…everything in life is going to have costs associated with it.  Even that dresser that you found for free on Craigslist…how much did that half day off work cost?  The half tank of full to get it?  The meal you bought your buddy for going to pick it up?  Doesn’t sound free to me!

Here are the requirements for the 30 Day Challenge some will cost you, some won’t:

  • Sign up for a FREE Beachbody account and\or make us your Coach.  Check out this Page on how to do this.
  • Must use a Beachbody.com workout routine (i.e. – P90X, Insanity, Slim in 6, Chalene Extreme, etc)
  • Must use Shakeology.  It’s all about enhanced fitness levels and wellness…you’ll see once you start it.
  • Follow the P90X Diet plan (specifically the Fat Shredder phase).  We are guessing this will require a trip to the grocery store.

Some frequently asked questions we have had from previous 30 Day Challenges:

Why only 30 days?

Because 30 days is your foundation.  If we can help you get your foundation built you can take it from there.  Besides, we’re still right here to help you when you need it!

Why do I need to sign up for a Beachbody.com account?

When you order something from Beachbody your Beachbody Coach gets a small commission.  Since we do all of this for free we are simply asking that you would make us your Coaches so that we would get a little compensation for our time.  Besides when you order for the first time Beachbody randomly assigns a Coach…wouldn’t you rather know who is getting the commission :)

Why do I need to buy Shakeology?

As you have probably seen, read, and heard over and over from Kaci and Jeremy is how stubborn they were the first year they did their Beachbody Workouts. We know this stuff works!  We know it gets results!  And here’s the down low…you don’t like it then after the challenge quit using it.  But to maximize the efforts of everyone during the 30 Day challenge we require it because we believe in it that much!

My buddy has P90X but isn’t using it…is it OK to borrow it from him?

Dude, yes!!!  Don’t think because we tour all over the nation that we are blowing our noses with hundred dollar bills…money don’t grow on our trees here either!  The only thing we don’t support is illegally downloading or copying.  It’s stealing and it just ain’t right.

Why are we following the P90X Nutrition Guide?

Well…we really aren’t even though we are.  What we are doing is calculating our daily caloric intake and then taking the percentages from the “Fat Shredder Phase” (which is 50% protein, 30% carbohydrates, and 20% fat daily).  Beyond that you can put the P90X Nutrition Guide away because we will plug those numbers into a calorie tracker of your choice and begin to monitor and modify our daily intake.

    Sorry for the late response Misty! We would love to help any way we can but the bottom line is that it’s going to be a tough road and you’re going to have to make a commitment everyday to change. Living a fit lifestyle is not easy but the more you do it the easier it gets and the less you want to go back to the lifestyle you were living before.
